I am currently looking to recruit two Outbound Customer Service Agents for our clients within the insurance space. This is an FCA regulated outbound function where agents are to contact customers on a free trial period to understand if they would look to extend into a paying contract.

This client prefers 1 day a week on site working, however are open to the idea of fully remote work. Key metrics will be monitored like any contact centre even while based at home. This is a new project looking to welcome customers to the business and is an idea to then transfer a lead to the sales team or organise a call back.

Key Attributes:
-Telephone customer service experience.
-Fast learner.
-Computer literate (MS Office).
-Listening skills.
-Able to achieve or succeed targets set.

Responsibilities:
-Welcoming customers to the business and gaining an understanding of their willingness to purchase cover.
-Always upkeep high levels of customer service
-Keep a positive attitude to each call.
-Plan, arrange and maintain follow ups
-Adhere to FCA regulations at all times.
