Office Administrator – Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator for our client based in Aylesbury.

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm

Salary: up to £25,000 (DOE)

Duties:

– Answering phone calls and responding to emails
– Filing and organizing paperwork
– Following up customer quotes on the phone
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Assisting with administrative tasks
– Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory

Requirements:

– Excellent communication skills
– Strong organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Experience using a CRM
