M&E Manager- LOFTUS ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD
Duties will include:
* Managing the interfaces and integration of the mechanical and electrical designs
* Collaborate with the construction team to develop efficient and safe solutions throughout the design and delivery stages and into the construction phase
* Develop various procurement scopes
* Review returns
* Specify equipment that is required for the project and the standard required
* Work with the team to ensure a positive work environment
* Ensure all policies are adhered to
* Ensure all sub-contractor engineering designs meet required standards.
* Meet and liaise with the Project Team to produce plans / programs.
* Ensure the project has the most cost effective approach and this is done in a timely manner
* Produce and maintain all required documentation
* Managing circa mechanical and electrical supervisors Skills Required:
* Having a strong background of working within the water industry
* Safe delivery of water projects to time, cost, and quality
* Be confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibility
* Experience managing others within a team Skills Desirable:
* Ambitious and dynamic personality
* Experience of working on Water Industry construction projects, preferably with experience of large and complex deliveries
* Someone with a commitment to Right first time
