Maintenance Operative – TXM Recruit are currently looking for a maintenance operative to work for a rapidly expanding retail maintenance team in and around Aylesbury
As a Maintenance Operative your duties will be but not limited to
* General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas.
* This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves.
* PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, Sprinkler Testing (training provided).

The starting salary for the Maintenance Operative is £26,437.84 per annum or £12.71/ph.
40 hours per week from Monday – Friday.
6am to 3pm
1-in-4 weekend shift.
