Compass Associates are working with a charity care provider in their recruitment of an Interim Clinical Educator/Trainer. This would be a chance to work with a small reputable elderly care provider who have created this position to help support their staff in providing the best possible care. This is a brand new position that is being offered as an initial 12M FTC. The is not a regional role covering several homes, you would only be required to travel to one local service.
The Role
The role will a allow for an element of remote working but you would be required to deliver and monitor training results at the home. Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager to analyse areas in which care staff need training, you would then develop training programs and deliver the training in person at the services. The position would require you to train both clinical and care staff in a way that's engaging, alongside monitoring results to ensure its achieving the desired outcome.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must be passionate about working within a training capacity and able to commit to a 12-month FTC, alongside holding an active nursing pin.
Must hold an active nursing pin (RGN/RMN). (Essential).
Experienced within the training and develop of care staff. (Essential).
A background within a similar clinical training position. (Desirable).
Experience working with an elderly care home setting. (Essential).
Location
The role will be remote based but you will need to travel to the home to deliver training which are based around High Wycombe and would be a suitable commute from Slough, Windsor, Reading, Oxford, Watford, Marlow, Didcot, Aylesbury and Marlow.
