Finance Business Partner | Aylesbury | Perm | Full Time | £40K Per Annum

WFH 2-3 days a week

Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ management accounting experience.

General Responsibilities

* To provide day-to-day Finance Service to department managers and Directors in line with current financial procedures and timescales.

* To prepare a monthly reporting pack for designated departments, in line with current reporting timescales.

* To meet with designated managers and functional directors every four weeks to formally discuss current cost performance and trends.

* To identify cost trends (opportunities and risk) and to determine, with budget holders, what action is required to ensure the effective management of such areas.

* To identify and produce weekly reports on significant areas of cost within the functional areas.

* To advise on coding systems and reference files in Navision, ensuring they are current and accurately reflect the company and organisation and managerial responsibilities.


* Intermediate level of an Accounting Qualification

* Knowledge and experience of a computer-based accounting systems and good excel and systems skills.

* Minimum of 3 years management accounting experience.

* Good Communicator.

* Flexibility and a capacity to manage peaks of work activity are important for the post holder.
