Finance Business Partner
Salary: up to £45K dependant on experience plus excellent benefits
Location: Aylesbury with hybrid working
This is a great opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified Finance Business Partner to join a £200m division of a major company. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis you will undertake a highly commercial role as Finance Business Partner with lots of exposure to the senior management team.
As Finance Business Partner your role will include the following:
Preparation of management accounts
Analysing business performance and presenting findings to the management team
Investigating areas of business performance (including cost control) and recommending performance improvement initiatives
Developing and improving processes and controls
Supporting other members of the Finance Business Partnering team
Preparing annual budgets and forecasts with ongoing review of performance against targets
Liaison with the central finance team to ensure compliance of financial reporting
Preparation of financial and business performance for internal and external reviewWhat is our client looking for from an ideal candidate?
To be successful in this role candidates must have the following skills and attributes:
Fully or part-qualified Accountant (e.g. CIMA / ACCA)
Experience of preparing management accounts, budgets and forecasts
Great communication and presentation skills
Must have undertaken a Finance Business Partnering remit
Good IT skills e.g. Navision and Excel
