Finance Assistant – Hospital In Aylesbury
Pay Rate: £25k £27k depending on experience
Hours/Days: 5 days 37.5hrs per week
We are looking for an experienced all round finance assistant/bookkeeper with full knowledge of accounting practice to trial balance, using Sage for accounting and experience in payroll software. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us during expansion, utilising your full accounting/bookkeeping knowledge, being a valued member of the team.
Skills & Experience
Duties
.Purchase ledger including payment runs
* Sales ledger Inpatient and Outpatient
* Daily cash flow management
* Daily & Month end bank rec
* Credit control
* Accruals and Prepayments
* Month end supplier and purchase ledger reconciliations
* Month end sales ledger reconciliations
* Month end control account reconciliations
* Monthly detailed income and expenditure analysis reports
* Ad hoc nominal analysis as requested
* Process payroll and all month end and year end procedures
* Manage and balance petty cash
* Liaise with all personnel
* Ad hoc associated administration duties
