Innovate Care Group have an exciting new opportunity to join their wonderful team of Complex Care Assistants and work 1:1 with a lovely 24-year-old client that suffers from Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy and Learning disabilities.
Our client is nonverbal but can show her emotions with facial expressions and enjoys interacting and having conversations during the day. She likes watching Disney movies, baking and cooking with her mum in the kitchen, dance hall music and sensory lights.

Monday -Sunday

Requirements of a Care Assistant
Competent in Seizure management
Happy to work in a team and on your own
Understands the importance of safeguarding and person-centred care
Peg feeding
Oral suctioning
