Fairhive is a non-profit affordable housing provider with ambition. We already provide affordable housing to more than 20,000 people in our community but we want to do more. That’s why we are striving to provide 1,000 additional homes by 2025.

As an External Partnership Manager at Fairhive, you can expect to be in a dynamic role, managing stakeholders, projects and press activity, all with the aim to highlight the great work they do, plus you'll provide support to the wider team ensuring the smooth running of the Communications and PR function. 

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious individual with strong interpersonal skills who is able to multi-task to provide direction and support to the team.

In this role you are responsible for managing the delivery of public relations and political influence, driving credibility and increasing brand recognition.

Build local and national partnerships that add value to our activities.

On the Job you will:

Build strong working relationships, across the local network and national political landscape.

Raise the company profile through effective PR activity.

Manage the overall coordination and delivery of partnership projects.

Monitor and analyse return on investment on all PR and partner activity, making recommendations as appropriate.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a variety of projects and who enjoys working with a diverse range of people. You will understand the importance stakeholder management and how working collaboratively can bring success.

For this role you will need:

A degree, or technical experience, built on through experience with good commercial knowledge.

You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:

Good communication skills both verbal and written·

Attention to detail·

Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise·

The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team,·

Practical problem solving skills·

Computer skills (MS Office)

The work style for this role is blended which means it has no fixed location to work from instead it is made up of a combination of remote and regular site, office or scheme working.
