Are you well organised, confident with computers and great with people Fairhive Homes are looking for an Executive Assistant to Executive Director of Finance & Resources to join our busy and friendly team.

Fairhive is a non-profit affordable housing provider with ambition. We already provide affordable housing to more than 20,000 people in our community but we want to do more. That’s why we are striving to provide 1,000 additional homes by 2025.

As an Executive Assistant  at  Fairhive  you can expect a varied workload and to be a valued member of our team, providing professional, proactive and confidential executive  support, essential to the smooth running of the business. 

About the Role

We are looking for an organised administrator with good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task to provide professional, proactive and  confidential executive  support to the Executive Director of Finance & Resources.

On the Job you will:·

provide a high quality coordination and management of the administrative tasks

liaise effectively with members of the leadership team and provide support to board and committee members

plan, organise and run corporate and directorate meetings, including events and conferences and board/committee meetings 

About You

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a variety of administration tasks and who enjoys working with a diverse range of people. You will understand the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to colleagues and customers.

For this role you will need:

Excellent communication skills, advance in the use of Microsoft IT  applications, excellent organisation time management and project management  skills 

Educated to GCSE “A” level standard

You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:

Line manager to amend the below as relevant for the job·

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written·

Attention to detail·

Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise·

The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team and excellent interpersonal skills 

Practical problem solving skills·

High degree of Computer skills (MS Office)

Resilient, highly motivate, enthusiastic and maintaining confidentially and discretion at all times
