Are you well organised, confident with computers and great with people? Fairhive are looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO, Board and Executive Director of Finance & Resources to work as part of our busy and friendly executive assistants team!

Fairhive is a non-profit affordable housing provider with ambition. We already provide affordable housing to more than 20,000 people in our community but we want to do more. That’s why we are striving to provide 1,000 additional homes by 2025.

As an Executive Assistant to CEO, Board and Executive Director of Finance & Resources at Fairhive you can expect a varied workload and to be a valued member of our team, providing executive support , essential to the smooth running of the business and the board.  

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised  self starter and with the ability to multi-task to provide executive support to the CEO, board  and Finance & Resources Directorates. 

On the Job you will:·

To provide a professional and comprehensive executive support service to the Chief Executive and Finance & Resources Functions, the Executive Management Team and the Fairhive Board(s).

To manage activities associated with the Chief Executive and Finance & Resources Functions, Fairhive Board(s) and its members including Board meetings, Board member recruitment and training, Board member conferences, induction and appraisal.

To ensure a coordinated and effective executive support service exists throughout Fairhive.

To exercise the highest standards of integrity, professionalism and discretion in carrying out the role and maintain confidentiality at all times, including the safe handling of highly sensitive information.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a variety of administration tasks and who enjoys working with a diverse range of people. You will understand the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to colleagues and customers.

For this role you will need:

Extensive experience providing support to a Director of a large, complex organisation and  support to the  Board.

Exceptional organisational and executive support skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:

Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels.

Confident and able to work on own initiative and with limited supervision.

Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels in a tactful, diplomatic, persuasive manner
