I am working with an expanding domiciliary care provider based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire who are currently seeking a Deputy Manager to assist with their exciting growth plans.
The company are looking for someone who is passionate and driven and who is looking to progress in their career. They will be offering lots of training and development and the opportunity to progress quickly into a Care Manager position.
Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:
 Assisting in managing the day to day running of the branch – focus on managing the team of care professionals and efficient operation of the service 
Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
Ensure the service remains compliant with the CQC
Support and manage office staff.Deputy Manager Requirements:
 Previous homecare experience is desirable,
Good knowledge of CQC regulations
Excellent communication and people management skills
Knowledge of Aylesbury and surrounding area
