CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST ****************
We have a fantastic opportunity to work with a fantastic pet insurance company in a customer support specialist role.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract, 36 hours per week in a rotating shift pattern.
This is a hybrid role based in Aylesbury and is paying £21,630-£24,720 starting at the beginning of November.

The role will involve.
Handle all retention and renewal calls, both inbound and outbound to ensure optimal rate of retained and renewed policies.
Outbound calling to retention and renewal, breeders, requesting information for claims for claims and underwriting of new policies.
Objection handling including policy cancellations, premium increases, and claims decisions.
Answering all incoming calls professionally and whilst promoting the brand.
Support and advise sales and customer service agents with complex queries.
Escalation point for complex queries and carry out required investigations to find satisfactory resolution.
You will have great listening skills, be able to cope under pressure.
You will ideally have previous experience in customer facing roles and you will need to be able to work quickly and accurately with good IT skills.
You will have a general passion for the health and wellbeing of animals.
