Customer Support Coordinator. HP18, Oxfordshire £30,000 – £40,000

* Customer Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales Coordinator or similar, ideally with some sort of technical / engineering exposure (You don’t need to be an out and out engineer).

* Working with a range of different clients who are based within technical industries, Military & Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Medical and similar sectors.

* There is NO cold calling, this will involve dealing with inbound customer contact and dealing with new enquiries. This is a project based business and the role will focus on coordinating this for customers.

* Any exposure to RFQ’s, Bills of Material, Proposals or similar will be ideal. Not a necessity but if you can read an engineering drawing (CAD) then you will be highly suited.

* You will need an SME mindset, you will be involved with many different areas in the business, so a dynamic and driven attitude will be necessary.

* Excellent starting salary £30,000 – £40,000 + wider company benefits.

This Customer Support Coordinator job will suit:

* A Customer Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales Coordinator or similar. Ideally you will have worked in a customer facing role or seeking a commercial role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.

* Any qualifications or knowledge of engineering or technical drawings,– you will need to be able to assist customers with technical queries and technical sales proposals. You don’t need to be an engineer, but some awareness to provide a higher level of service would be ideal.

* Comfortable dealing with documentation, working with ERP/MRP, sales administration (Invoicing, RFQ’s).

* Office based role, you will require to travel into the site based just outside of Oxford.
