Customer Service Bookings Administrator

Pertemps Aylesbury are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Bookings Administrator for our client based in Aylesbury.

Working as part of a small team the Booking Administrator handles enquiries for a series of community programmes.

Salary: £24,000

Hours: 8:45am-5:30pm 

Duties:

– Making outbound telephones calls to book appointment across a wide variety of programmes
– Taking inbound calls from tenants, taking appropriate action to ensure customer/client satisfaction
– Ensuring the safe handling of customer sensitive personal data in line with data protection
– Maintaining the internal CRM system
– Having the ability to decide on the most appropriate means of communication

Requirements:

– Excellent verbal and written skills
– Experienced in using IT platforms
– Accuracy in reporting & Administration
