WE ARE RECRUITING A FRENCH SPEAKER based in AYLESBURY
International Sales Assistant (French)
Our client based in Aylesbury is looking for an international (French speaking) Sales Assistant to join their team. They are a fast growing distributor of promotional gifts and giveaways. Roughly 1 in 4 inbound calls could be from French speaking clients, which is why this is such an important part of the role. Any other European languages (written and spoken) would also be beneficial.
Duties:
* Quoting clients via telephone and e-mail based from our set price list as well as requesting quotations for our factories in UK/Asia, and adding mark-ups to quote the client.
* Order processing
* Dealing with clients requests and advising them of the status of their orders.
* Contacting historical clients to re-stimulate business.
* Website and Document translations.
* Attending trade exhibitions (national + international)
* Working with design programs to look at client artwork and creating mock-ups if required (full training will be given)
