We are looking for Customer Service Advisor to join our brand-new distribution site based in Aston Clinton, Aylesbury (HP22).

Pay: £11.50ph
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8 hours shift between 07:00 to 19:00 – Part time positions available also
Contract: Temporary ONGOING

As our Customer Service Advisor, you will work as part of the team to manage the incoming calls and emails from our branches and customers who wish to place orders and check up on their orders. 

You will log the calls & emails in to the team , review the systems to understand the situation alongside providing excellent customer service to all.

Customer Service Advisor: Responsibilities:

Handle all inquiries via telephone and mail professionally and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Ensure that Customers are kept up to date with waiting times and if any delays arise.
Keep in touch with the deliveries and management on a regular basis to ensure that accurate waiting times can be provided to customers
Provide administration support by maintaining recordsCustomer Service Advisor: Requirements:

Have experience in a customer service role.
A high level of written and spoken English.
Experience of dealing with enquiries both in person and over the phone/email
Strong organisational skills
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
