Do you have a passion for customer service? Are you organised and articulate, looking for the next step in your career?
We are recruiting for someone to join our client within their contractor support team where you will answer contractor queries via telephone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering all inbound telephone and email enquiries from contractor workforce
* Onboarding of new contractors to ensure understanding of processes
* Accurately recording the detail of each inbound and outbound call on the company database.
* Using this information to continually improve your own and the team’s performance.
* Proactively highlight areas where additional training may be required.
* Surveying existing contractors on their experience
