They offer a fun environment to work in where staff can wear casual clothes to work. This position can be extremely busy which is why the company makes sure that staff have the support they need.

This is not purely a telephone-based customer service position as you will be processing orders, arranging dispatch of products and liaising with suppliers. In addition, You will also be responsible for live chat and responding to queries via email. The customer experience is extremely important so you must have a positive attitude, helpful manner and be able to advise customers on alternative products if their first choice is not available.

As well as supporting customers, you will also be key in ensuring that the website is kept up to date with products, services and information.
