CUSTOMER LOYALTY ADVISOR | AYLESBURY | FULL TIME | £22,000.00 – £25,000.00 per annum
Our client, based in Aylesbury is a healthcare supplier delivering outstanding levels of service is looking for a Customer Loyalty Advisor.
You will be part of the team responsible for making the customer’s experience the best it can be. Answering customer’s queries makes up a large part of your role, keeping in regular contact with them over the phone or via email. You will also need to communicate with a variety of suppliers to obtain information on orders and products. Their website is the centre of the business, and so a key part of the role will be keeping it up to date with products, services and information.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Liaising with suppliers to obtain information on orders and products to ensure that customers and website are kept up to date
* Placing orders and dealing with related queries
* Providing support for the sales team to meet customer requirements
* Pro-actively contacting customers to update them as well as improving relationships
* Dealing with incoming queries from customer via phone, email, and live chat
* Updating website content
* Adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures
* Maintain a high level of customer service, take ownership of your own tasks ensuring completion is in line with company standards.
Experience required
* Passion for providing world class customer service and a genuine interest in helping customers
* Passion for E-commerce
* A confident and determined approach
* Excellent communication skills
* A positive attitude, helpful manner and the ambition to support a thriving business
* Good IT capability including strong Excel/Word
* Able to handle complaints and difficult situations
* A high degree of self-motivation and drive
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
