Each of their cutting-edge facilities is equipped with the latest Cosmetic repair technology to enable teams to provide as-new finishes and professional repairs.
Our client will provide our Cosmetic Repair Technicians with ongoing learning and development opportunities including industry-leading training from manufacturer partners such as VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda Cupra, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, and Polestar.

What we're looking for:
You will have prior demonstrable experience in a similar role or as a Paint technician. You'll have excellent communication skills and can develop and maintain working relationships with colleagues, clients, and manufacturers.
You'll be a fantastic team player, have a keen eye for the finer details, and can demonstrate an understanding of cosmetic repair techniques.
The ideal candidate will be committed to achieving excellent customer relations with a proven track record of ensuring that customers' expectations are exceeded. You'll have a positive, friendly, and professional manner, demonstrate integrity, discretion, and objectivity with having the ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and schedule work appropriately.
A full and valid UK driving licence is required and, the flexibility to travel between sites when needed. Salary:
£32k basic plus genuine uncapped bonus
OTE in excess of £40k
