Unique Opportunity – Running The Workshop As Manager But Also Hands On Technically TooWe are currently recruiting a Workshop Manager / Vehicle Technician for our client in the outskirts of Aylesbury towards Thame. This is an amazing opportunity for a Vehicle Technician who is looking to progress in their career and take a step up into management whilst also still enjoy being hands on, working for a a well-established, family run garage.
They are looking for a great team player, hard-working, and motivated to make the most out of their career. MOT Licence is advantages however it is not essential

Managing the workshop of Technicians and allocating jobs
Carrying out Service Checks
Repair work
Carrying out Diagnostics
Undertaking Vehicle Road TestsTo be considered for this role, you must:
Previous experience running a workshop
Qualified Light Vehicle Technician or equivalent Level 3
Confident and capable of carrying out a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair
Offer support and help to your colleagues
Able to provide technical advice and carry out vehicle maintenance and repair work, in accordance with technical procedures
