Due to the continued growth of our Public sector contracts, we are looking to recruit a self-motivated and driven Compliance & Onboarding Administrator to join our dedicated recruitment team. The role will be to support the team with administration and dealing with new workers compliance.

Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours, Office hours
Location: Pertemps Aylesbury office
Salary: £23,000 Per Annum + £2,000 annual bonus
Contract type: Permanent

Key Duties:
Onboarding of successful candidates and supporting them through the full recruitment process
Ensuring candidate compliance to Home Office and contractual requirements
Software updates ensuring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Administration tasks to support the wider team
Ensuring candidate compliance checks are dealt with accordingly
Organising, scheduling and sending interview invites
Navigating and uploading documents onto our in-house applicant tracking system
Answering and directing phone calls
Posting adverts
Ad hoc duties as required by the contract
