Community Administrator – Aylesbury – Temp – Perm

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a temp to perm Administrator to join our client based in Aylesbury.

Working as part of a small team to undertake the processing of applications from the public and business partners as a part of a series of community programmes and schemes.

The successful applicant will have responsibility for a wide range of administration and analytical duties to support the on-going operations of the company. It is therefore essential you are impeccably organised, possess excellent communication skills, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure. In return

Working Hours: 8:45am – 5:30pm

Contract: Temp – Perm (after 12 weeks)

Salary: £11.95/ £24,000

Duties:
Handling low volume of internal and external escalated calls
Reviewing and processing new funding applications across multiple programmes by assessing leads, assigning them to the correct departments.
Assessing and processing new eligibility evidence applications across all internal and external programmes, liaising directly with installers and clients.
Maintain and update internal systems across multiple community programmes
Maintaining multiple programme mailboxes
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Experience of working to deadlines and meeting SLA's
