Cleaner (Power Plant – Office Cleaning)
Location – Woodham, Aylesbury

Position Overview:
Attega Recruitment Group are seeking a diligent and responsible individual to join our team as a Cleaner at a power plant facility. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the office areas of the plant. This is a full-time position offering flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of office spaces, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
* Clean and sanitise office surfaces, such as desks, chairs, tables, windowsills, and fixtures.
* Clean and disinfect restroom facilities, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and restocking necessary supplies.
* Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways, break rooms, and conference rooms, ensuring they are presentable and well-organised.
* Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when additional items need to be ordered.
* Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing cleaning tasks to ensure a safe work environment.
* Report any maintenance or repair issues observed in the office areas to the supervisor.
* Collaborate with colleagues and maintain effective communication to ensure smooth coordination of cleaning tasks.
* Follow established procedures and guidelines for waste management and recycling initiatives.
* Handle cleaning equipment and tools properly, ensuring they are maintained and stored appropriately.
* Maintain a professional and courteous demean or while interacting with staff and visitors at the plant.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in office cleaning or general cleaning duties is preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with standard cleaning practices, procedures, and equipment.
* Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established cleaning protocols.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks within allocated working hours.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and follow instructions.
* Flexibility to accommodate changing cleaning priorities and adapt to varying work schedules.
