You will learn and obtain experience in the fundamentals of our Planning function and general administration for a busy manufacturing site – resulting in the achievement of a Level 3 Business Administration qualification
Person Specification
* A minimum of 5 GSCEs (A*- C or 9 – 4) to include English, Maths and Science
* Competent computer skills / confident use of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word etc)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Being proactive and autonomous when required
* Driven and committed to continuous professional development
Key areas of responsibility:
* Material orders & incoming deliveries
* Admin Activities
* Specific project and system development
To schedule incoming raw materials against customer demand and to ensure forward planning of production to ensure that there is a continuous supply of product available to the customer at all times. The work involves being part of a small, energetic team to provide support for colleagues for purchasing, invoicing, arranging shipments, and some data analysis is also included within this role.
