Year 4 Class Teacher – Job Share
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Year 4 Primary Teachers to join our team at a small and friendly school in Aylesbury for the Summer Term in a year 4 job share role.
The role will be split between two teachers comprising of 3 days (Mon-Weds) and 2 days (Thurs-Fri) working in Year 4. Majority of the planning has been completed so all that is required is your unique touch to the work that is provided.
The successful candidates will have a passion for teaching and learning, be able to foster a positive learning environment and help children to reach their full potential. You will be provided with the resources including support needed to plan and deliver engaging lessons that adhere to the national curriculum.
The School want their pupils to develop a love of learning and to encourage them to think outside the box. This role involves adjust planned lessons, delivering engaging lessons and assessing pupil progress.

The ideal applicants will have experience of teaching in a primary school setting and hold Qualified Teacher Status. They will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
