If you are an experienced TIG Welder, looking for your next move then this opportunity may be for you. We have opportunities for a specially skilled individual with a welding background to join our production team.
As a Tig Welder, your duties will include:
Carry out production duties in the fabrication and welding areas
Participate in the quality control process relevant to the work carried out, and ensure all defective work is reported
Carry out MPI/Dye Pen Inspections as required
To ensure that all work undertaken is always to the highest standards.
Carry out and demonstrate 5S culture in your area of work as required.
Ensure that all work undertaken is completed in a timely manner.
To undertake any additional code requirementsEssential Requirements for this Tig Welder role:
A certified TIG Welder
Experience in working with Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel as a minimum.
The ability to read engineering drawings
The ability to read welding symbols
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Experience in welding flux core
Computer literacy
Rates & Hours for this Tig Welder role:
Monday through till Friday '' 37.5 hours per week
