If so, we have the perfect role for you! Our client has a brand-new site in Aylesbury, and they are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the Transport Team.
The key responsibilities of this role include managing the daily operations and staff of the transport department, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods and services to customers, as well as maintaining a safe and efficient working environment for all staff.
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in managing a team of staff, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. You should also have good organisational and communication skills, as well as experience in delivering goods and services in a timely and accurate manner.

Transport Supervisor – Information & Benefits:
Monday to Friday – 14:00 – 22:30
25 days Holiday + your birthday day off after 1 years’ service
No Bank Holiday working

We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience in a similar role such as transport team lead, transport supervisor, transport planner
Experience in delivering goods and services in a timely and accurate manner
The ability to manage a team of staff & work under pressure
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
