Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with a highly regarded Town Planning Consultancy in Milton Keynes on the appointment of a Town Planner or Senior Planner.
You will join the existing, well-balanced and experienced team and assist on an exciting and challenging range of projects typically in the Residential, Commercial, Education, Retail & Mixed-Use sectors. The company provides planning consultancy services to landowners, operating companies, housebuilders, developers, property professionals and private individuals. In this role you will help provide the following services to your clients;
Planning appraisals
Site promotion
Planning applications
Listed building consent
Advertisement consent
Planning appeals
Project managementRecent examples of projects include: Primary Schools, Conference Centres, Hotels, Sports Clubs, Business Parks, Bespoke Houses to large Residential schemes.
