I am currently looking to recruit two telesales agents for our clients within the insurance space. This is an FCA regulated, majority outbound function where agents are to contact warm leads through a dialler system.

This client prefers 1 day a week on site working, however are open to the idea of fully remote work. Key metrics will be monitored like any contact centre even while based at home. The commission structure is uncapped and the OTE is a realistic guide to what an average telesales agent will earn over the course of a year including the basic salary.

Key Attributes:
-Telephone sales experience.
-Fast learner.
-Computer literate (MS Office).
-Listening and persuasive skills.
-Able to achieve or succeed targets set.
-Objection handling skill.


-Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone activity (majority outbound) to provide insurance quotes and answer queries for policies.
-Keeping up to date with company T&C’s and adhering to the compliance measures in place.
-Informing customers on all relevant details to ensure they have everything they need to make an informed decision.
-Meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
-With the use of a dialler achieve a number of outbound calls with a sufficient contact rate.
-Work well independently as well as part of a team.
-To look at the use of different techniques when selling and adding personality to interactions.

Salary: £21k-£22k (OTE £28k-£30k)
