Randstad CPE are currently looking to recruit a Technical Lead/ Senior Design Manager to join a major project in the Buckinghamshire area.

Position Type: Permeant

Location : Aylesbury

Salary: £80,000 + package

Responsibility :

To lead the Section design delivery teams including: (Permanent Works – PW – Temporary Works – TW – Utilities, Engineering and Design Consents) and the technical assurance team for efficient delivery of the design phase and design changes along the Construction phase.

This position will ensure that Designers' requirements for reliance information in the Section are timely articulated.

The role will oversee the design activities from ASC and TW designers iin coordination with the Design Delivery Director to ensure a consistent approach across the project.

You will be responsible for reviewing and reporting design delivery performance in the section through to include; cost, programme, contract, scope, progress, change, compliance, governance etc.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Chartered Civil Engineer
Design Management in large scale projects, leading and overseeing design delivery for permanent works, temporary works, utilities, and engineering processes, including as well overall consents of the work.
Management of commercial aspects of design contracts with a focus on overall performance
Strong communication skills at multiple organizational levels, internally and externallyRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
