Nurture Support Worker
Are you looking to develop your skills in a nurture group setting? Are you recently qualified in an Education related or Psychology Degree? Do you want to join a creative and compassionate team working across the county to build pupil confidence through nurture group work?
You will be supporting pupils in small group setting to build confidence, resilience and social skills in order to improve approaches to learning. You will work in a small team whilst training and eventually lead Nurture Groups independently.
Be passionate about the social and emotional development of children
Have a degree, or a relevant childcare qualification
Be open to new ideas and creative approaches to building relationships with children
Be happy to travel to schools in the local area
