Teaching Assistant

An inclusive and welcoming primary school in Aylesbury is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Teaching Assistant. This school currently has two forms of entry and can accommodate up to 450 students, with plans for expansion to accommodate up to 650 students. Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Provide support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), as well as those whose first language is not English, helping them access the curriculum and make progress in their learning.
Support small groups of students and deliver interventions and additional support as required.
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during break and lunchtimes.
Assist the class teacher in implementing behaviour management strategies, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children is preferred.
A genuine passion for working with children and a strong commitment to providing a high-quality education for all.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
