Teaching Assistant
Looking for an exciting opportunity to support the learning and development of primary school students? An Aylesbury-based Primary School is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join its team immediately.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in the following areas:
Assisting teachers in the classroom with preparation, setup, and general support
Providing additional support to small groups and individual students to enhance their learning and development
Offering accommodations and support to students with special needs to ensure their success
Attending meetings and participating in professional development opportunities to stay informed and improve your skills
Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to contribute to the overall success of the school
The role is full-time and pays between £75-£90 per day.
The following qualifications are required:
Prior experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school
CACHE Level 2 certification or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of students
