Talent Acquisition Lead | Remote (occasional travel to Aylesbury) | £55-70K DOE
WFH HYBRID REMOTE – CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE PROVIDED YOU CAN OCCASIONALLY TRAVEL TO AYLESBURY
My client are a professional services consultancy based in Aylesbury, who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join and drive recruitment internally, and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Source international personnel to help franchise/set up new branches
* Create and deliver on growth plans
* Engage with universities to find graduate/trainee candidates
* Be involved with full internal recruitment process
* Co-ordinate with stakeholders and Head of HR
Experience:
* Internal recruitment experience
* Proven back ground of delivering on recruitment plans
* Extremely proficient in Microsoft office
* Experience developing business internationally
