Software Test Engineer
With over 100 years of being known globally as a brand leader in optics, this company is expanding into new divisions. With an ever widening portfolio of products, this company is looking to expand their test team.
The Software Test Engineer will be testing new software solutions that control these complex scientific instruments.
You would be working on the bleeding edge of technology, this company are using research from universities to ensure their products stay ahead. As a result of this, you will be working with novel software that no other company in the country will be working on.
The successful candidate will have a strong testing background in addition to automation experience, likely using Python but the company are open to other languages.
Requirements
• 2:1 in an Engineering, Maths, or science based degree or relevant experience
• Experience scripting with Python (or other languages)
• Methodical approach to test and fault finding
