The Company/position:
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a principal contractor with a turnover of circa £120 Million. They are currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager to start ASAP on a £12 million Industrial development in Aylesbury. They are seeking someone that is highly experienced with managing schemes from inception to completion in the industrial sector.
The development will comprise of multiple units up to 100,000 sq ft.
Requirements:
* Industrial project experience £10 million +
* Must be strong on full project cycle
* Available to start ASAP
* Valid tickets including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
