We require an experienced Site Manager that has a strong background in working on residential projects to help deliver a 150 apartment scheme in Aylesbury, working for a leading family owned developer who have over 40 years expereince delivery complex projects across West London.
Working direclty with an experienced Project Manager.
You will oversee operations on a day to day basis, and carry out typical site manager duties including:
Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
Monitoring project progress and costs
Conducting quality and safety checks
Checking and preparing site reports and drawingsMust haves:
Black CSCS
First aid trained
SMSTS
