Site Agent/Project Manager-Aylesbury-£Neg OUTSIDE IR35
I have an excellent long term freelance opening for one of my top clients who are undertaking major Utility Diversion and heavy Civils works for HS2 in Aylesbury.
Due to being awarded a new section of works, they seek an experienced Site Agent/Project Manager who can oversee Gas, Water, Electric & Telecoms works for them with the project spanning 18 months.
To be considered you will have a minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering and hold SMSTS, First Aid and ideally Temporary Works. You MUST have experience in Utility Diversion works and ideally exposure to HS2 also.
In return a top rate will be negotiated which is OUTSIDE IR35 and comes with a circa 18 month contract.
