Shift Operations Technician – Power Station
£43,800 + bonus

Due to internal promotion Alecto Recruitment is looking to hear from experienced Operators from the power generation industry or heavy engineering sectors interested in a full-time permanent role in Buckinghamshire.
In a critical role for the site you will carry out operations on heavy steam generation plant whilst working on a shift pattern.
A performance bonus is available for the successful Candidate based on plant availability.
Role
Operation including starting, stopping and monitoring steam generation plant including steam turbines, rotating equipment and water treatment plant.
Monitoring pressure, temperature and flows and making adjustments.
Working on a shift basis.
Performing basic maintenance tasks and achieving maximum plant availability and keeping shutdowns to a minimum.
Acting at all times in line with Health & Safety.Applicant Profile
Ideally you will have operations experience from a power station or power generation facility and hold experience working on associated machinery.
Ideally you will hold a relevant engineering qualification.
Full driving licence.
