Mane is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for a refurb/ fit out project.
This role is based in Aylesbury and is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for a long-term contract role. This contract is due to be running for 12-18 months.
You will be responsible for overseeing a refurb/ fit out project in a Cat B prison. There will be a requirement for security clearance, so please ensure you are confident that you would pass either an Enhanced level 1 or CTC prior to CV submission.
The position is working for a one of the UK's biggest Construction companies who specialise in Civil Engineering, Construction and Facilities Management.
To be considered for this role as a Senior Project Manager you must meet the below criteria:
CSCS Card
Comes from a Previous experience in a Fit-Out/ refurb Construction background
Proven experience in overseeing projects that are completed safely to programme, budget and quality standards
Can effectively promote HSE policies on site
Familiar with COINS
Effectively communicate with all personnel and clients on site
Based local to Aylesbury with own transport
Working references from most recent positions
Happy to go through a security clearance & pass Enhanced level 1 or CTCThe working hours are Monday to Friday on days – 42.5 hours per week.
