We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail orientated administrator to join our busy Head Office Operations team here at Orion Recruitment in Aylesbury.

Orion is an award-winning recruitment agency, and we specialise in placing skilled workers into engineering, construction and gas job roles on both a permanent and contract basis.

In this role, you will provide vital administrative support our sales team based in our Reading office.

This position could suit you if you have experience of working in a fast-paced environment where you have been required to use your initiative and demonstrate a “can do” attitude.

If you like both routine aspects to your week, where you will need to follow set processes, but also you enjoy using your excellent communication skills, (both written and verbal), then this Sales Support Administrator role could offer you the perfect mix!

Full training on different aspects of the Sales Support Administrator position are available and you would have a great team around you to learn from, and ask questions of, as you get to grips with the day to day duties

Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator:

Answering incoming telephone calls

Responding and managing the support group emails

Raising and issuing of contractor and client contracts through CRM database and e-signatory system.

Raising compliance documentation as required and conducting compliance checks.

Raising and issuing client terms and conditions of business

Monitoring returned contracts and chasing unsigned contracts

Monitoring and chasing candidates Right to Work documentation, signed contracts, work seeker agreements.

Sending responses to reference requests

General administration

Liaising with teams regarding contractors and missing information

Booking rail contractors Drugs & Alcohol and Medical screenings

General administration

What’s on offer for this Sales Support Administrator opportunity:

Salary £25,000 per annum

20 – 25 days annual holidays (depending on length of service)

Birthday to be given as an extra day holiday.
