Performance Objectives
Dealing with Sales Enquiries via Email/website, telephone, and faceto-face meetings
Achieve agreed sales targets generated through sales activity.
Analyse market trends
Learn the homes and qualities offered.
New homes sales negotiations
Administrative work
Handover of finished propertied and any immediate after sale issues that may apply.
Person Specification
Excellent communication skills and phone manner
Proven experience in Sales or Business Development roles.
Excellent organisational, administrative and IT Skills
The ability to build and grow business relationshipsApply
