My client, a new build residential developer, are currently looking to hire a Sales Advisor for a site based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure presentation of the site and sales complex is maintained to a high standard.
* Guide customers around show homes and site.
* Maintain accurate records using in-house system.
* Liaise with customers and solicitors on a regular basis.
* Arrange for customers to attend home demonstrations with the Site Manager.
* Assist purchasers following legal completion with any defects or customer care issues
* Attend weekly Sales/Site Meetings.
Experience:
* Experience of working within the new homes industry
