HCL Mental Health are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses to work in Aylesbury. The role is half home working and half office based with assessments being carried out virtually and over the telephone. The role includes Routine referrals sent to the team, the clinician to triage and book into assessment slots, assess patients, then signpost or provide short term follow up for patient.
