Meridian Health are looking for experienced Registered General Nurses with a valid NMC pin for a range of home care opportunities in the Aylesbury and Buckinghamshire area
We have a range of nursing opportunities including specialist roles within oncology and paediatrics.You will visit an average of 5 to 6 patients per day in the comfort of their own homes, at work or at school to deliver medical treatments such as IV infusions, home parenteral nutrition treatments, bloods, toxicity assessments and intramuscular and sub cut injections whilst also training patients to administer their own medication.
Specialist roles are also available in oncology, paediatrics and enzyme replacement therapy.
These permanent roles offer £34,000-£36,000 PA (role dependant) plus a company car. Full and part time hours with no night shifts, condensed hours would also be considered.

Market leading maternity, paternity and adoption leave You will be an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN, have basic IT skills and a full UK driving license. Oncology roles require formal Oncology qualification and in-house oncology training or a SACT passport.
