I am working with a wonderful new elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Residential Home Manager / Care Home Manager / Operations Manager for their medium sized residential home / care home in Buckinghamshire commutable from Aylesbury, Berkshamsted, Hemel Hempstead, Thame, Milton Keynes etc. I am looking for an experienced Registered Manager / Residential Home Manager to manage a beautiful, luxury care home.
The care home / residential home offers residential care to older people including frail elderly services users and is currently operating to an excellent standard. The care home provider are a renowned organisation with fantastic reputation for care delivery. This is a boutique care home which has stunning interiors.
The care home requires a hands on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / residential care home manager candidates should have previous care home management experience and solid knowledge of elderly care. You will be the nominated individual and as a result will get a share of the company profts!
Our client is keen to speak to people with a strong background in care home management but with regional management expertise. You will work at an operational level to ensure the home is successful.

– Strong care home management skills

A good track record of achieving good CQC reports
A pro-active person who endeavours all types of challenges.
