Regional Distribution Manager
Location: Hybrid role – Based in Aylesbury office 2 days per week
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Your challenge:
* Achieve long-term sustainable growth in POS sales and customer count with distributors.
* Develop business plans for distributors according to corporate strategy.
* Work as part of a global team to develop group distribution channel.
* Promote new products effectively through the channel.
* Conduct product and service training on a recurring basis.
* Manage channel marketing plans to optimise POS sales.
* Increase market share for SCHURTER across all SBUs.
* Generate innovation proposals to improve customer service and product portfolio.
* Intensive networking with key contacts at distributors and group companies.
Our requirements:
* Proven experience in the distribution channel.
* Successful track record in B2B sales in the electronics and/or electrical industry.
* Several years of experience in sales or marketing in similar managerial function.
* Professional leader of business processes and sales projects.
* Professional qualification ideally at degree level in electrical engineering
* Ability or experience of working in a multinational organisation.
* Experience with ERP/CRM systems (ideally SAP) and advanced MS Excel knowledge.
* Enthusiastic and positive team player with passion for electronic products.
